Abstract :
Selection of optimal regime of revaccination is necessary to estimate consequences of hyper- and hypo- immunization of human population. We consider the optimization model with three immunity levels and double inoculation in urban population, which focuses on hyper- and hypo- immunity minimization criterion. We formulate an optimal control problem to find the optimal strategy of revaccination based on Pontryagin´s maximum principle for the class of variable endpoint problems. The intensity of revaccination is determined by using methods of evolutionary games.
