Elimination of the search phase in the neural network ART-1 by changing the criterion of vectors similarity

The article considers two modifications (implementation the symmetry of ones and zeros and using the polarizer), which allow to use the advantages of the Hamming´s neural network, such as speed and clearness of the criterion of similarity, in the neural network ART-1 with preservation its advantages, such as stability-plasticity.
