Abstract :
Today, there are many ways to obtain data from computer systems by making the system vulnerable. Different security protocols are available which offer different levels of security to secure SMTP. E-mail system suffers from various message integrity problems like spamming, phishing, sender spoofing, date spoofing etc. The technique based on encryption and decryption methods can be used to provide more security in information technologies. This paper describes a new encryption algorithm that was developed based on secret key or shared key encryption and introduces an application, which enables computer users to send or receive more secure e-mails. Developed applications are used to encrypt e-mails with the encryption algorithm and send the encrypted e-mails to receivers through encrypted channel by using validation checking. It is also possible to receive e-mails and decrypt them by using the application. The encryption algorithm contains effective functions that provide a secure encryption technique for users.
