  • Abstract
    We have successfully fabricated totally sprayed SnO2/ZnO/CdS/CuInSSe solar cells using spray pyrolysis deposition. The CuInSSe films were co-deposited from an aqueous solution containing CuCl2, InCl3, thiourea and SeO2 and the S/Se ionic ratio was kept at 0.4. EDC was used as a complexing agent. The XRD, Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and Energy Dispersive Analysis of X-Ray (EDAX) were used to characterize the sprayed thin films. The conversion efficiency of the sprayed solar cell is found 3.9%.
