Abstract :
This article presents a new method for fixture de-embedding for PCB components measurements using a calibrated two-port vector network analyzer. The method is based on a special time-frequency-domain system model. Fixture parameters are extracted from a special estimation algorithm based on the least mean squares method. Special attention is devoted to the fixture effects. Experimental studies were conducted in a coaxial measurement environment. Software implemented this method is developed.
