Abstract :
A new approach to the selection of objective control functions of terrestrial mobile ad-hoc networks using unmanned aerial vehicles, based on the current control functions formation, depending on the traffic type, current situation in the network and available network resources. Decision management task reduced to hierarchical evaluation of alternatives.
