Abstract
Nowadays, vehicle behavior monitoring systems is a new attribute in the automobile field. The paper presents practical approach that autonomously controls and monitors the movement of electrical busses and displays the necessary information like identification of vehicle´s location, on route status of vehicle for the passengers. In addition to this, proposed approach includes speed control of busses and provides an alternative source of power to the system through solar panels. The proposed approach is implemented by using Arduino IDE, X-CTU, Visual Studio, Arduino MEGA 2560, XBees, Infrared sensors (IR), solar panels and Liquid crystal displays (LCDs).
