Abstract
Since fifteen years, the study of the dielectrics behavior in spatial environment by the Pulsed Electro-Acoustic (PEA) method is used. However up to now, it was not possible to perform measurements under electronic irradiation on a sample without surface treatment. In this paper, an Open Ring Electrode (ORE) allowing measurements without contact and during charges injection is presented. First of all, the ORE geometric properties have been determined by numerical computing. Then, tests in-situ have been performed.
