Abstract :
In this paper, we propose a carrier selection scheme for LTE system in unlicensed band. Instead of maintaining frequency reuse factor of one as the conventional LTE system in licensed band, the proposed scheme dynamically choose a best carrier for each cell. Simulation results verify that the proposed scheme could provide improved system throughput performance.
