  • Abstract
    We propose smart broadcasting platform and various service scenarios. The proposed smart broadcasting platform can provide VOD clip services using semantic units of the scene. And, we present various smart broadcasting services from the view point of C-P-N-D in accordance with the used information. Various types of service are available based on this service scenario.
