A smart exhibition guide service is to provide a guidance to visitors by utilizing the smart environment composition, smart devices and mobile applications including a web-based application. The smart exhibition guide service enables each visitor to create his own episode with respect to article´s contents, helps him to fully understand a narrative message from physical articles on exhibition. It also extends various relationships between visitors and articles, visitors and visitors, and visitors and their Social Networking Services (SNS) in the virtual world where articles on exhibition make. In this paper, understanding utilities and limitations come from a convergence with Information and Communications Technology (ICT) and cultural exhibitions, we propose a direction where the museum and the exhibition can become the cultural space where people want to come again.
