Regulatory and policy framework for cloud, big data in Korea

Nowadays, advanced technologies such as cloud, big data can be important assets. ICT services in particular those exploiting cloud computing and Big Data has made tremendous impacts in economics that caused the need for change in regulatory and policy framework. This paper propose to define a regulatory framework to embrace cloud, big data in Korea´s judicial systems. This paper provides analysis on the juridical issues on developing ICT in the cloud computing and provide an institutional strategy to capacitate economic structure of common law.
