Abstract :
Currently the IEC 62804 PID test specification is up for final discussion. Goal of the proposed test method is to establish a reproducible and, with respect to the field behavior, meaningful PID test. In this work parameters with a high impact on the reproducibility of the standard test methods will be evaluated and the meaning of the test results with regard to the PID behavior of fielded models will be discussed.
