Abstract
Recently it has been shown that silicon heterojunction (Si-HJT) cells can achieve efficiencies close to 25% using simple cell structures. However, most of these results have been achieved in a laboratory setting. This contributions will show how Meyer Burger heterojunction technology can achieve comparable results with mass production technology, with high throughput and reduced CoO when compared to other technologies.
