  • Abstract
    For rapidly progressive type of P2P-TV video transmission technology a rather general discrete-continuous mathematical model of video transmission in the form of differential equation of state was offered. On the basis of the generalized Lagrange equation the possibility of constructing a procedure to optimize the management of fragmentation is shown.
