Improving the method for load balancing of service flows based on local management of network resources in cloud systems

In this paper for improving performance and reduce the delay of providing services in cloud network has been proposed method for load balancing of service flows based on local management of network resources. The method consists in opening/laying of through the tunnel between the data centers for associations and flows regrouping requests for service. As a result, it was proved efficiency the method of opening/laying of through tunnels because its introduction can reduce the average delay transmission components service four times.
