Role of supply chain management in improving the organization within Moroccan government

This article describes the importance of supply chain management in optimizing the management of internal and external companies flows. The purpose of our research is to propose a new approach that is based on customer complaints. The list of complaints represent a data warehouse that will be operated via an information system and the datamining tool Tanagra to help the logistic managers making the right decisions in order to improve their procedures and methods. The role of this study will have as objective the improvement of the company´s profit and customer satisfaction.
