Abstract
This paper presents low frequency electromagnetic energy harvester device integrated with low threshold voltage diode multiplier circuity. The electromagnetic generator was designed and fabricated to demonstrate the concept and the functionality of the readout circuitry. The dimension of electromagnetic energy device is 75mm × 140mm. Compared to the standard schemes, the proposed circuit is able to extract a considerably output power for a wide range of output voltages. The circuit also functioned properly when connected to an electromagnetic energy harvester device. Maximum power of 0.3mW was extracted by the converter at resistive load of 4kΩ with the frequency 4Hz.
