Designing of the service model for export of public service based on EPSS Framework

Korean government is seeking the ways to facilitate the export of Korea innovated public service as the interest on the e-government of Korea is increasing by nations around the world. In this study, we suggest the EPSS(Ecosystem-Platform-Strategy&Service) Framework, which explores the entire industry ecosystem perspective from the development of new industry to service implementation. We introduce and describe the 7 genetic steps of the methodology. We analyzed the ecosystem of export industry for public service¹ by applying the EPSS Framework and designed the service model of export industry for public service by identifying the collaboration platform design and new service.
