Abstract
Quality products and services are fundamental to customer satisfaction. Organizations distinguish their products and services as exceptional in ways that their customer appreciates. To achieve business excellence and remain leaders in industry, continuous improvement of products, services, and processes at a rate exceeding that of competitors is imperative. Statistical tools and techniques are a must have, for everyone who practices or teaches Quality Improvement and/or Business Excellence. Our objective is to present different business scenarios and how Statistical tools and techniques has been playing vital role across the industry, in all verticals, globally to achieve business excellence and changing the way people execute improvement projects in the present context.
