  • Abstract
    From positions of spin electronics is observed the problems of raising of operation speed of elements distributed thin-film ferrostructures at external magnetic fields influence. Possibilities of logical schemes implementation for computers and communication systems on base resonant nonlinear parametrical zonal systems of microwave and THz-range on current ultraharmonics working in highest zones electromagnetic oscillations instability as part of composite medium is presented. The quantitative estimations of elements fast-acting are resulted, showing that averaging signal transformation time can be diminished by some orders, even using 3D-ferromagnetics. In case of application thin-film ferrostructures, transformation time decreases for some orders more. For raising logic functions fast-acting and information transfer operation speed for account of interacting thin-film ferromagnetic nanostructures, is possible use RAMA and ASL technologies.
