Abstract :
Aiming at the cluster head in the Leach existing in the quick energy consumption problem, an improved cluster protocol is advanced in this paper. The improved protocol can be separated into two stages such as cluster organization stage and the steady operation stage. In the cluster organization stage, the election of cluster head considers both energy and the distance from the base station. In the steady operation stage, the data from the ordinary node firstly forwarded to the cluster head and then cluster head transferred the data by the multi-hop model to the base station. Finally, an experiment showed that our method in this paper can save the energy for the node and prolong the life circle for the network.
