A study on the construction and management of cloud-based patients accessible hospital information systems

Efficient use of patients accessible hospital information systems can protect and promote the orderly conduct of the medical work. This paper combines the application environment and the present situation of cloud-based hospital information systems to make relevant recommendations from three levels: technical, organizational and government, hoping to enhance the use efficiency of information technology and cloud commuting in hospitals for improving doctor-patient relationship and management level of hospital.
