Abstract
Social networks in Mexico have higher levels of ownership by users despite the eminent digital divide. There are three most popular and important social networks: Facebook, Twitter and YouTube, each has different characteristics that identifies but by using these parts of the organization is now a need to maintain a healthy and constant communication. In this paper a documentary analysis of the advantages of use with these social networks from the perspective of organizations and users is performed. The result of the research is the synthesis of these advantages presented in comparative tables allowing clarify their use and appropriation.
