Abstract :
Specifics and advantages of using the picosecond resolution Event Timers for multi-channel data acquisition, representative event forming, optical transmission of events and reconstruction of the original signals is discussed. Application of these Event Timers leads to complexity-reduced energy-efficient designs of the respective hardware. Recovery of the original signals from the timed events and representation this information in the frequency domain is described and discussed.
