Abstract :
Human Reliability Analysis (HRA) is important for the safety of aircraft carrier task. Based on CREAM, we analyze human reliability in carrier-basedaircraft recovery procedure. Human events are decomposed and listed firstly, then based on them, cognitive activities and functions are analyzed in detail. Furthermore, human error probabilities in carrier-based aircraft recovery procedure are predicted through the basic method and the extended method respectively. Finally, according to the calculations aforementioned, some advice and suggestions are put forward to improve the performance of carrier-based aircraft recovery task. It can be concluded that it´s reasonable and practical to apply CREAM to HRA for carrier-based aircraft recovery task.
