Research on the assurance of process reliability

In the process of mechanical manufacturing, manufacturing process is the key to ensuring the quality of mechanical products. From the perspective of the entire manufacturing process, the reliability of products is designed, manufactured and managed. Except the design for reliability requirements of products, they only can be realized in the manufacturing process. So, if all kinds of factors which have an effect on the reliability of the products are not fully considered and controlled in the manufacturing process, reliability indices after the completion of product processing often cannot meet the design requirements. in this paper, we summary and research the relevant results on ensuring process reliability in mechanical manufacturing process, and then research the existing problems and put forward the corresponding improvement measures. On the basis of previous research, we put forward the definition of process reliability and the definition of the assurance of process reliability, and relative systematic propose the system of methods about the assurance of process reliability, finally verified the application. it not only highlights the importance of the related research and facilitates the summary of existing research, but also put forward more specific goals for further study from the point of view of system engineering.
