Abstract :
Compared with manned craft, missile weapon system has unique characteristics. Specific to these characteristics, this paper proposes to quantize and analyze weighing factors of various failure modes to missile weapon system, subsystem and single unit equipment by Analytic Hierarchy Process and puts up with building a health management system for missile weapon system by different levels. Moreover, failure prediction technique and health assessment method are studied combined with missile test data characteristics, dynamic prediction models such as metastasis GM (1, 1) are designed and prediction and simulation results of failure mode are presented. The research results provide references for mission planning, failure handling, servicing and maintenance of missile weapon system.
