Abstract :
It discussed about timing synchronization algorithm for OFDM system and performance. Taking the advantage of one way couple map lattices (OCML) model generated chaos sequences. Building a simulation model of OFDM system based on OCML-Masking symbol timing synchronization algorithm. Training sequence with symmetric construction was masked by OCML chaotic sequence. Recovering training sequence at receiver on exactly time accomplished OFDM timing synchronization. Analyzing the accuracy and anti-noise performance of this algorithm, the results showed that this algorithm had ideal accuracy and anti-noise performance, better short training sequence compatibility. Under 0dB SNR, training sequence of length 128 samples condition, its accuracy was still 100%. The system was more secure due to the application of OCML-M algorithm.
