Research on Cross-border E-commerce platform selection in China small & medium-sized enterprises

This paper establishes the evaluation criterion system of Cross-border E-commerce platform selection based on DeLone & McLean´s e-commerce success model and MA-OWA operator, using triangular fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each level of criteria. Further, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established. Finally the case study proves scientificness and feasibility of the evaluation criterion systems and the validity of the evaluation method.
