Abstract :
HEMP couplings characteristics for typical aircraft antenna are researched by experiment method. Firstly, the field uniformity and accuracy of experimental simulator are verified by numerical and experiment method. Then, the responses of monopole antenna, dipole antenna, blade antenna, GPS antenna under HEMP radiation environment are measured respectively. The measurement results are analyzed by the Short-Time-Fourier transform, and it is show that the transient response characteristics of the antenna are depended on the size of antenna and the impedance characteristics of less than 200MHz. Finally an antenna equivalent calculation method is performed to verify this characteristic.
