Abstract :
This study explores the causal relationship between supervisor feedback environment and employee´s creative performance, and the moderation of creative personality. Hierarchical regression analysis of a sample of 203 supervisor-employee dyads demonstrated that significant causal relationship exists between the supervisor feedback environment and creative performance, and the relationship between the supervisor feedback environment and the employees´ creative performance is moderated by creative personality significantly. The implication of improving employees´ creative performance is further discussed.
