Abstract :
Based on the Jiangsu, Zhejiang and other area 350 state ownership enterprise employees´ questionnaire survey, this paper introduced horizontal collectivism variables, using hierarchical regression method to explore the moderating effect of horizontal collectivism between job satisfaction and the union commitment. Specifically, in this paper, on the one hand, tested the relationship between job satisfaction and the union commitment, Chinese employees in the process of decision to join the union, the external satisfaction and internal satisfaction is almost equally important. With the studies abroad, study abroad is pointed out that the relationship between the union commitment and economic satisfaction than “non-economic” satisfaction will be more intense; On the other hand, In this paper, for the internal mechanism between job satisfaction and union commitment, we provides a new theoretical perspective. Found that horizontal collectivism cultural factors may moderate the relationship between job satisfaction and union commitment.
