Research of traceability platform of grain quality safety based on grain source tracing code

In this paper, we choose the specification of traceability data as the breach of traceability in the full circulation of grain. This paper proposes to use grain source tracing code as the carrier to associate the traceability information in grain processing and logistics chain for the traceability query and problematical grain recall. Besides, this paper studies the function system and general architecture of the traceability platform of grain quality safety based on the three-tier architecture of the Internet of things and appeals from enterprises, national and regional administrations, which play a great role in improving the fine management for enterprises related to grain and facilitating the grain safety project. At last, it will have profound significance in social stability.
