Abstract :
Rural logistics is an important part in the development of modern logistics. The development of the rural logistics is conducive to the formation of new social division of labor, and contributes to opening up new employment. It can also help to solve the surplus labor force in rural and play an important role in increasing farmers´ income. This paper analyzes the influence factors which affect the development of rural logistics in Shandong Province with the help of grey theory. The result shows that the infrastructure construction of rural logistics, the number of the post office and the per capita net income of rural residents influence the development of rural logistics to a large extent. Combined with the result of the analysis, this paper proposes some advices: speeding up and expanding the infrastructure construction of rural logistics, improving the role of the postal network and constructing rural logistics information platform.
