Study over on-time delivery rate of orders executed by IT manufacturing SME based on supply chain collaboration

With rapid development experienced by IT industry, small and medium-sized IT equipment manufacturers(IT SME) are facing a lot of problems. According to status of small and medium-sized IT equipment manufacturers in the supply chain, combining with characteristics of IT equipment manufacturing industry, under the theory of demand uncertainty and supply chain collaboration, this paper is to solve the problem on low rate of order on-time delivery by constructing the supply chain coordination model.
