Research of performance evaluation system for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges

This paper uses text analysis method to counts and summarizes the degree of importance of each evaluation index mentioned in the hundreds of related valid literatures with research status of performance evaluation of transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges based on the related concepts and theories. Then combined with the research theme of paper, ensure the evaluation indexes of transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and build the system. Try to analyze the reason for low performance and make recommendations, in order to improve the conversion of scientific and technological achievements in colleges.
