Urban logistics performance and its evaluation index system

Urban logistics is the important foundation of economic, social and environmental coordinated development. Correct evaluation of a urban logistics operation, and establishment of corresponding macroeconomic regulation and management policies is very important to effectively promote the healthy development of urban logistics to ensure the city´s economic, social and environmental sustainable development. Based on the analysis of the connotation of the urban logistics, this paper concluded the connotation of urban logistics performance and performance evaluation index system from two aspects: input and output of the urban logistics, for the follow-up evaluation of urban logistics performance.
