By researching the Evolutionary Game in every corresponding relationship between Government Official and the Private in Chinese ancient transport industry, an evolution analysis of transport public sectors expanding trap has been constructed. Developing countries with imperfect “Independent judicature” and third-party restrict still need to pay high attention to the seriousness of such rules.
