  • Abstract
    This paper analyzed current reverse supply chain of waste mobile phones and create a new mode of reverse supply chain of waste mobile phones based on e-commerce platform. The process structure of this new reverse supply chain is built in this paper. The cost structure of the new mode was established and then we compared the cost of the new recovery mode and other current recovery modes. At last, the advantages of recycling waste mobile phones based on e-commerce platform have been analyzed.
