Abstract :
This paper first analyses the status quo of transportation development in Beijing. Then, we use experiment approach to calculate carbon emissions. After fitting transportation carbon emissions by utilizing EKC curve, we forecast the peak of carbon emissions up to 2188.8315 ten thousand tons. And when it is around 2020, it will peak. Last, we provide some strategies on the development of low-carbon transportation in terms of transportation policy supply, demand and urban spatial policy.
