The impetus mechanism of sustainable innovation in manufacturing enterprises under globalization

The impetus mechanism of sustainable innovation in manufacturing enterprises under globalization is studied in the paper. On the basis of analyzing the existing studies on innovation in impetus mechanism, new factors influencing sustainable innovation in manufacturing enterprises under globalization are concluded as internal and external ones. The internal motivating factors include the entrepreneur´s sustainable innovation spirit, sustainable development goals of the enterprise, the entrepreneur and staff´s sustainable innovation driven by interests, the sustainable innovation ability of the enterprises, the sustainable innovation culture of the enterprises, and the institutional structure of the enterprises; while the external ones include the development of science and technology, the market requirements and competition, the government policy, and the social, economic, cultural and ecological environment. Based on the abovementioned work, an impetus mechanism model of sustainable innovation in manufacturing enterprises under globalization is constructed through analysis and explained at the same time.
