Abstract :
The rapid development of e-commerce fresh agricultural products begin in the way of network too. The chain of the fresh agricultural products supply has its characteristics and it is a complex system. Supply chain vulnerability which is subsystem sometimes changes may destroy the whole system. We draw fresh agricultural products supply chain model according to the way they operate fresh agricultural products in e-commerce, then we describe the structure model, correlation model, risk model of fresh agricultural products chain in e-commerce. The correlation model and risk model with the entropy theory. Though we get different vulnerability model, vulnerability and vulnerability factors have its relationship of its number and its characteristics. Vulnerability risk system makes up by risk system and non-risk system.
