Abstract
We demonstrate an electrical detection scheme for L-Histidine detection. Solution-processed ZnO nanopillars were used for device fabrication. One of the simplest device fabrication process drop casting technique was utilized to make such a detection scheme for L-Histidine. Solution-processed synthesized ZnO nanopillars were confirmed by TEM, FESEM and UV-Vis spectroscopy. The working principle of the ZnO nanopillar based L-Histidine detection scheme depends upon the variation of output current with L-Histidine concentration.
