Abstract
Moving magnetic fields across closed-loop inductive coils, or vice versa, could generate electric current inside the coils and thus produce electricity based on Faraday´s law of induction. However, using different number of coil turns could generate different levels of output voltage. This paper proposes effects of number of turns of inductive coils on voltage generation capability when magnetic fields vibrate within the visible frequency range of 0-10 Hz. The experimental results showed that maximum output voltage would be generated only when a suitable number of coil turn was selected for each particular vibration frequency.
