Abstract
A low-profile and miniature antenna is developed to host circular polarization(CP). Primarily, the dual-mode CP, say RHCP and LHCP, is created by the currents at the two orthogonal negative resonance modes of a flat metamaterial antenna as the authors´ work back in 2012-2013. Secondarily, this structure is extended to a - 1st-resonance mode array antenna with the dual sequential rotation CP performance and increased antenna gain, which is unprecedented.
