Abstract :
This paper proposes a design of the frequency synthesis with phase-tunable channels in circuit level for LTE wireless channel simulator. Firstly, the simulator´s RF channels are presented and phase calibration is discussed. Then the paper puts emphasis on the method and specific circuit design to realize phase calibration between channels. Four pieces of AD9959 are used here to guarantee that there are 16 phase-tunable frequency references for 8 RF channels.
