Abstract
The research of high frequency oscillator module which can be used for radar communications system is reported. This microwave oscillator module is applied using dielectric resonance oscillator (DRO) which operates in 9.6 GHz. The measured charateristics of DRO are bandwidth, power output, frequency oscillation, voltage, current delivery. The experimental results showed that the developed system could be applied in the frequency range from 9.6 GHz to 9.75 GHz, with the voltage of 9 to 12 volts and the current from 11 mA to 17 mA, respectively. The output power of the oscillator about 7 dBm can also be obtained using mechanical tuning at 9.6 Ghz.
