Abstract :
This paper presents a monostatic Radar Cross Section evaluations of scale model single layer dielectric Radar Absorbing Material at S and X Bands. Electromagnetic Simulations software (FEKO) is used as a tool to investigate the use of scaling laws for dielectric material compared with Perfect Electric Conductor.
