Abstract :
In this paper, the multilevel fast multipole algorithm (MLFMA) hybridized with higher-order method of moments (HOMoM) is presented to analyze the near-field of electrically large target affected by the ground-based antenna in half-space. To improve the performance of the hybrid method, the parallel solver is developed based on the combination of the block-partitioned scheme for the large dense MoM matrix and the adaptive direction partitioning strategy for the MLFMA tree. Numerical examples are presented to demonstrate that the parallel hybrid solver can efficiently simulate the problem with complex structures.
